Most GLS Lockers are available 24 hours a day, so that parcel collection can be tailored to your schedule. Parcels can be collected within 5 working days by entering the PIN code provided in the notification. In this case, cash on delivery can only be paid by bank card.

At GLS Parcel Points, parcels can also be collected within 5 working days upon presentation of a personal ID document.
