REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The right of withdrawal can be exercised without giving any reason.
Products can only be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in unopened packaging, and with all accessories. If the product shows signs of depreciation or use, the merchant is entitled to claim compensation. If the product's packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons.
The invoice proving the purchase is required for the return.
Return process:
- The buyer must notify their intention to withdraw in writing, in a clear statement (withdrawal statement) to the email address crescentbudapest@gmail.com, attaching the invoice proving the purchase.
- Within 14 calendar days following the withdrawal statement, the buyer must return the product to 8521 Nagyacsád, Széchenyi utca 63. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the buyer.
- We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to the bank account provided by the buyer. The refund may be withheld until the product has been returned or the buyer has provided proof of the product's return.
The provisions of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) apply to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
Warranty: The warranty is the merchant's statutory responsibility for the flawless quality of the product.
Guarantee: The guarantee applies to products that have been defectively performed, and the buyer can turn to the conciliation body with their complaint or initiate litigation.
